Executive Committee

- The Executive Committee will be made up of one representatives for each church in the league. Each church will be responsible for determining their representative providing that information to the League Coordinator by June 1 of each year.
- The Executive Director of Myers Park Presbyterian Church will serve as representative to the Committee and will only vote when there is a deadlock. The role of League Coordinator will also serve as a representative to the Committee without vote.
- The Executive Committee is responsible for updating league procedures and rules as well as ruling on infractions where there is a range of penalties, all reported matters involving sportsmanship, and appeal requests.
